The rules

Six things Nil refuses, takes away or makes you share. The first three are for every coin launched here; AntiSniper, AntiDump and AutoLP are set by default on every coin launched on the arctis.fun Bonding Curve; nobody switches them off. Each one plays out in three steps below, then lists what enforces it and the test it has to pass. Enforcement runs on the Arctis side, so going around this site doesn't go around the rules. A rule is marked Live only once it runs on every launch and its tests pass.

How protections show on a coin card

A coin only carries a badge when that protection is on for it. Each one moves its own way, so a row of them reads at a glance.

  • AntiDumpOn the curve, each top-10 holder sells at most half their bag per day.
  • NotSnipedNobody buys in the block the coin is created.
  • NotVampsOne coin per X account: copycats can't relaunch it here.
  • AutoLPAt graduation, a share of each top-10 bag goes into the pool, once.
  • AutoBurnCreator fees buy back and burn on every trade.
  • HolderRewardsEvery trade pays a share to holders.

NotVamps

Live

A new coin can't take the ticker, picture or X account of a coin that already exists.

For you: A ticker on nothing.fun points to one coin, not to five copies of it.

Arctis already runs the ticker, picture and X account checks on every nothing.fun launch request. No coin has launched from nothing.fun yet: Arctis does not open the Arctis curve or Raydium to launches from here so far, and every NotVamps test below must pass first.

  1. 1A coin exists

$NIL launches with its ticker, picture and X account.

  2. 2A copy shows up

Someone tries $N1L, the same logo resized, or the same X account.

  3. 3Refused

It folds to the same key or matches the picture, so the launch never happens.

How it's enforced and tested
  1. Ticker lookalikes are refused.

    Arctis curve and Raydium

    How it's enforced

    fold_v1
Every ticker is folded to one canonical key before it is checked: Unicode normalised, spaces and symbols removed, look-alike letters from other alphabets mapped to Latin, upper-cased, and leet swaps undone (0→O, 3→E, 5→S, VV→W). PEPE, P3P3, $pepe and the Greek ΡΕΡΕ all fold to the same key.
    nothing_claims_ticker_live
A unique database index on the folded key. Two launches can't hold the same key at once, even if they arrive in the same millisecond.

    Acceptance tests

    • A1Every known lookalike pair collides; a list of distinct real tickers does not.
    • A250 simultaneous launches with the same ticker key: exactly 1 succeeds, 49 are refused.
  2. Tickers already trading with real money are refused.

    Arctis curve and Raydium

    How it's enforced

    market check
The folded ticker is compared with coins already trading on any chain. A match with real liquidity or volume is refused. If the check can't get an answer, the launch is refused too: nothing launches unchecked.

    Acceptance tests

    • A6A match above the threshold is refused, below it is allowed, and a failed check refuses the launch.
  3. One coin per X account.

    Arctis curve and Raydium

    How it's enforced

    nothing_claims_x_live
Launching requires signing in with X. The rule keys on the permanent X user id, not the handle, so renaming the account doesn't free it. A unique index enforces it.

    Acceptance tests

    • A350 simultaneous launches from one X account with different tickers: exactly 1 succeeds.
  4. Resized, recoloured or mirrored copies of a picture are refused.

    Arctis curve and Raydium

    How it's enforced

    dHash + pHash
The uploaded picture is trimmed, squared and greyed, then fingerprinted twice. The original, a mirrored and an inverted version are compared with every existing coin's fingerprint. The exact bytes that passed are the ones stored, so the picture can't be swapped later.

    Acceptance tests

    • A4Each logo resized, re-compressed, recoloured, brightened, cropped up to 10%, padded or mirrored is refused; 1,000+ unrelated logos stay within the agreed false-refusal rate.
    • A5The same picture in simultaneous launches with different tickers: exactly 1 succeeds.

Honest limits

  • One coin per X account is not one coin per person.
  • A redraw or a heavy edit of a picture (large overlays, big rotation, more than 15% crop) may pass.

NotSniped

Live

Private launch, no early access. The coin's address stays hidden until it is live, then trading opens for everyone at once.

For you: On the Arctis curve, nobody starts a block ahead of you.

The coin's address already stays on the server until a launch lands. The creation-block gate needs an Arctis program upgrade and its audit, and launching from nothing.fun opens only after the NotSniped tests pass.

GIF for sharing
  1. 1The launch is private

The coin's address stays on the server, so there is nothing to watch for.

  2. 2Block zero is shut

Any buy in the creation block fails, the creator's included.

  3. 3Everyone walks in

From the next block the coin trades for everyone at once.

How it's enforced and tested
  1. The creation transaction never touches the public mempool.

    Arctis curve and Raydium

    How it's enforced

    private bundle
You never sign the create transaction. The server sends it only as a private Jito bundle, together with your funding transfer, so nobody can insert a buy inside it. If the create fails, your funding transfer doesn't land either.

    Acceptance tests

    • B3The sender has no public-RPC path for creates; end-to-end runs show only bundle submissions.
    • B4A failing create leaves the funding transfer unlanded.
  2. The coin's address stays secret until it is live.

    Arctis curve and Raydium

    How it's enforced

    server-held mint
The mint key is generated and kept on the server. No page, API response, websocket message or log carries the address before the coin has landed on-chain.

    Acceptance tests

    • B2A full traffic capture of a launch (HTTP, websocket, HTML, client logs) contains no mint address before it lands.
  3. Nobody buys in the block a coin is created in.

    Arctis curve only

    How it's enforced

    CreationSlotClosed
Every buy instruction in the Arctis program checks the current slot against the coin's creation slot and fails while they are equal. It applies to the creator too. From the next slot the coin trades normally, with the existing early max-buy window.

    Acceptance tests

    • B1A buy in the creation slot fails with CreationSlotClosed, creator included; the next slot succeeds.
    • B6The token page's count of creation-block buyers is correct on recorded launches.
  4. Private launch: nobody can ride in the creation bundle.

    Raydium

    How it's enforced

    private bundle
Raydium pools have no trading start time, so a fast bot can still buy later in the creation block. The launch itself is private, and every Raydium coin page shows the measured count of creation-block buyers.

    Acceptance tests

    • B7Raydium pages never show the strict "nobody buys in the creation block" sentence.

Honest limits

  • Jito block builders see bundle contents when they build the block.
  • From the block after creation, anyone can buy, including the creator's other wallets.

NotYours

Live

A share of platform revenue buys the top nothing.fun coins on the open market and burns them.

For you: When a run happens, fewer tokens of the top coins exist afterwards, and you can check each burn.

No buy-and-burn run has happened yet. The Arctis distribution service checks every hour; the revenue share it uses is a proposal awaiting the owner's decision. The burn ledger opens with the first run.

  2. 2Into the furnace

The bought tokens are sent to a burn. Nobody keeps them.

  3. 3Written down

Each run lands in the burn ledger with its transaction.

How it's enforced and tested
  1. Top coins get bought and burned.

    nothing.fun coins on both venues

    How it's enforced

    distribution bucket
Buys and burns are executed by the Arctis distribution service from its own wallets, not by nothing.fun. Each run buys the eligible top coins on the open market and sends the tokens to a burn.
    burn ledger
Every run is recorded with the coin, SOL spent, tokens burned and the transaction, so each burn can be checked on Solana.

    Acceptance tests

    • L1Every ledger row links to a transaction on Solana whose burned amount matches the row.Proposed

Honest limits

  • Discretionary, not a promise. Runs can pause.
  • Amounts are final only on-chain.

AntiSniper

Livearctis.fun curve · set by default

For the first few slots after launch, each wallet can buy only a small share of the curve.

For you: A bot that lands right after the launch can't take a big piece of the curve before you get there.

Already enforced on-chain for Arctis curve coins launched on arctis.fun. It opens on nothing.fun once Arctis allows Arctis curve launches from here.

GIF for sharing
  1. 1Set by default

Every Arctis curve coin starts with AntiSniper on, with a 5-slot window.

  2. 2Big buys bounce

Inside the window a wallet can buy at most a set share of the curve, 1% by default.

  3. 3Then it's open

When the window ends, buys go back to normal sizes.

How it's enforced and tested
  1. Inside the AntiSniper window, each wallet buys at most the set share of the curve.

    Arctis curve only

    How it's enforced

    anti-sniper config
The Arctis program reads the coin's anti-sniper settings on every curve buy. Inside the window it refuses a buy that would take a wallet past the max share of the curve inventory. The settings are written at launch and can't change afterwards.

    Acceptance tests

    • A1Inside the window, a buy above the max share fails; one at the max succeeds.Proposed
    • A2The first buy after the window closes has no size limit beyond the curve itself.Proposed

Honest limits

  • The limit is per wallet. Someone with many wallets can still split a big buy.
  • It only covers the window. After that, size is up to the market.

AntiDump

Livearctis.fun curve · set by default

While the coin is on the curve, each of the top 10 holders can sell at most half of their bag per day.

For you: A top holder can't empty their whole bag into the curve in one day.

Already enforced on-chain for Arctis curve coins launched on arctis.fun. It opens on nothing.fun once Arctis allows Arctis curve launches from here.

GIF for sharing
  1. 1Set by default

AntiDump is on for every Arctis curve coin. Nobody can switch it off later.

  2. 2A big holder sells

A top-10 holder can sell up to 50% of their bag per day.

  3. 3The rest waits

A sell above the day's allowance is refused.

How it's enforced and tested
  1. Top-10 holders sell at most 50% per day on the curve.

    Arctis curve only

    How it's enforced

    curve sell quota
The Arctis curve program checks every sell from a top-10 holder against a daily allowance of half their balance and refuses a sell above it. The setting is written at launch and can't change afterwards.

    Acceptance tests

    • D1A top-10 holder's curve sell above the day's allowance fails; a sell within it succeeds.Proposed
    • D2After graduation the same wallet sells with no quota check.Proposed

Honest limits

  • Curve only. It ends at graduation, and the pool trades freely.
  • It limits sells on the curve, not transfers between wallets.
  • The daily reset and snapshot rule are not final yet.

AutoLP

Livearctis.fun curve · set by default

When the coin graduates, a share of each top-10 holder's balance goes into the new liquidity pool, once.

For you: If you are a top-10 holder at graduation, part of your bag becomes liquidity. Everyone else keeps their whole bag.

Arctis curve coins on arctis.fun carry it, but no Arctis curve coin has graduated yet, so the graduation step has never run. The custody model is awaiting owner and audit approval, and it opens on nothing.fun once Arctis allows Arctis curve launches from here.

GIF for sharing
  1. 1Set by default

AutoLP is on for every Arctis curve coin, with its share fixed at launch.

  2. 2The coin graduates

At 85 SOL raised the curve completes and the pool opens.

  3. 3Top bags chip in

The set share of each top-10 balance moves into the pool, one time.

How it's enforced and tested
  1. Top-10 holders add to the pool once, at graduation.

    Arctis curve only

    How it's enforced

    graduation contribution
At graduation the Arctis program takes the percentage fixed at launch from each of the top 10 eligible balances, one time, and adds those tokens to the destination pool. AutoLP and AntiDump are separate settings.

    Acceptance tests

    • P1At graduation each top-10 balance drops by exactly the launch percentage and the pool receives the sum.Proposed
    • P2A second settlement run for the same coin moves nothing.Proposed

Honest limits

  • Top-10 holders at graduation give up part of their bag. Check the setting before you buy.
  • It runs once. It does not restart after graduation.
